Tracking information is immediately emailed to all customers as packages are prepared to leave our facility. Please be sure to provide accurate email information when placing your order. Military APO locations are not trackable. If you want information regarding your order, you must contact your on base post office.
You can also contact Costumer Care. To check the status of an order, simple reply to your email confirmation/receipt. Type your comments or request at the top of the page. A representative will reply within 24 hours. You can also contact customer service at Customer Care. Please include your ORDER NUMBER and the EXACT NAME that was used to place the order as well as your request.
